Birthdays are meant to be celebrated with good food, laughter, and unforgettable memories. This year, I decided to host my birthday dinner at Alibaba Kitchen, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. The moment we walked into Alibaba Restaurant, the cheerful atmosphere and aroma of Mediterranean spices set the tone for an incredible evening.
The staff greeted us warmly and guided us to a beautifully decorated table reserved for our group. The restaurant’s ambiance was festive yet elegant, perfect for a special occasion. We kicked off the evening with an assortment of appetizers — creamy hummus, smoky baba ghanoush, and crisp falafel — all fresh and flavorful. The warm pita bread made them even more irresistible.
For the main course, we indulged in lamb kebabs, grilled chicken shawarma, and salmon with saffron rice. Each dish was cooked to perfection, showcasing the restaurant’s passion for authentic Mediterranean cuisine. The flavors were bold and satisfying, yet balanced enough to please everyone at the table.
