As soon as we walked into Alibaba Kitchen, the warm lights, cozy décor, and cheerful staff created a festive vibe. The restaurant had a comfortable energy — lively yet intimate enough to make every table feel private. Our server immediately caught onto the celebratory mood and made sure everything was taken care of from start to finish.
We began with their signature appetizers — baba ghanoush, dolmas, and hummus — beautifully presented and full of fresh, bold flavors. The baba ghanoush was smoky and silky, while the hummus had just the right balance of garlic and lemon. It was a great start to the night.
