Mediterranean Tart Recipe
1 organic tomato
1 tsp Moulins Mahjoub organic Chetoui extra virgin olive oil
3 tbsp Moulins Mahjoub organic sahli olives in brine
100 g Moulins Mahjoub organic artichokes in extra virgin olive oil
60 g Moulins Mahjoub organic sun-dried tomatoes in extra virgin olive oil
1 bunch of basil
1 pinch of salt
1 roll of puff pastry
1pinch of freshly ground pepper
150 g Mozzarella
Directions
Roll out the puff pastry on baking paper and a large baking tray.
Pre-heat the over at 170 degrees celsius
Wash the artichoke hearts and sun-dried tomates and cut them into pieces of around 2-3cm. Cut the tomato and mozzarella into small pieces
Place the cut vegetables, mozzarella, fresh tomato and olives on the puff pastry
Cook for 20 minutes
Remove from the oven and decorate with the basil
