- 1 pork tenderloin
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Balsamic glaze
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar glaze
Steps
1. Preheat the grill
Preheat the grill to 400°F.
2. Prep the pork tenderloin
Trim off any silver skin and excess fat from the pork tenderloin.
3. Make the dry rub
Mix together salt, pepper, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and coriander in a bowl.
4. Season the pork tenderloin
Spread olive oil over the entire surface of the pork tenderloin and then sprinkle seasoning over the entire surface.
5. Make the glaze
In a small saucepan, melt butter and stir in the balsamic glaze. Remove from heat and stir to combine.
6. Grill the pork tenderloin
Place the pork tenderloin directly on the grill grates and cook for approximately 20-25 minutes. After the first 10 minutes, start glazing the pork with the butter/glaze mixture every 5 minutes.
7. Rest and slice the grilled pork tenderloin
Once pork reaches 145˚F internal temperature, remove from the grill, glaze once again, and let rest for 20 minutes. Slice and enjoy!
