The information office will tell you about the bus and train schedules, and can also give you directions between the airport and Jerusalem or Tel Aviv (it’s a good idea to book your tickets online before you come, as this makes things much easier).

Once you have retrieved your luggage from the VIP meet and greet desk your driver will come out to collect your vehicle, bring it back to the terminal where you can hand it over to the VIP service assistance team.

From here you will be accompanied to the airport departure hall where you’ll skip the passport control line and security checks and walk through to the boarding gate, all the while with your personal assistant holding out your hand for a safer, faster and more comfortable journey through the terminal. You will then be  to your private driver or other transportation outside the gate and have a stress free start or end to your trip to or from Israel.
